A huge birthday helium filled balloon that arrives in a massive box with a bow tied to its carry handles. The cupcake birthday balloon is decorated with shimmering ribbon and attached to a balloon weight so that it doesn't fly away when the box is opened. We hand write your message on a gift card and ad it to the balloon gift. The box is sprinkled with sparkling confetti before it is lovingly dispatched.
