  • How long will my balloon float?

  • Can I collect my order in person?

    Yes you can! Choose 'Store Pickup' at the checkout and we'll prepare your order for collection. Find out where we are and our opening hours.

  • I've changed my mind, can I return my items?

    Yes, providing the items are unused just send them back to us, and we'll issue a refund for your order (excluding postage costs). We can't issue refunds for           personalised items, edible items, inflated balloons, or helium unless faulty.

  • My balloon arrived deflated, what do I do now?

   We're sorry that this has happened, we do our very best to ensure that our balloons aren't faulty before we box them. However, on the rare occasion that one or more of your balloons arrives deflated please contact us and we'll either arrange for the balloon(s) to be redelivered the following working day, or we'll issue a refund for the deflated balloon(s).

  • I placed my order using your Next Day Delivery service, and it hasn't arrived. What should I do now?

   Providing that you placed your order before 4:30pm on the previous working day, our courier should deliver your item by the end of the following working day. If your item hasn't arrived please contact us and we'll do our best to locate your parcel for you, and should our courier be unable to deliver it on your requested day we'll arrange for it to be delivered before 12 the following working day.

  • The item I've received looks different to the picture on your website. Why?

    Occasionally when we're out of stock of the specific item you have ordered we'll substitute it with a similar one from our catalogue. We make our best effort to contact you when this happens but should we be unable to do so and your order needs to be dispatched to meet your requested delivery date, we'll usually dispatch your order anyway to ensure you still receive your order on time.

  • When I chose my delivery address during checkout it says 'Not Available At This Time'. Why won't you deliver to my address?

   Only our most common delivery destinations are available though our website. If your required destination isn't available then please contact us and we'll be happy to provide you with a quote for delivery of your order.

  • How do I order online?

   Browse to the item(s) you want to buy, and look for the button that says 'Buy'. Clicking that button will add that item to your basket. You can adjust the quantity added by changing the quantity in the text box to the left of the button. You can view or amend your basket at anytime by clicking 'Basket' at the very top of the page. To place your order click 'Checkout' at the top of the page and follow the instructions.

  • Can I place an order over the phone?

            Yes you can! Call us on 01227 721 970 and we'll process your order for you.

  • Can I add items to my order?

    Providing your order has not been dispatched and the additional items are in stock we'll be happy to amend your order for you. Simply contact us as soon as possible.
