Such a lovely chap, we love this big birthday Dinosaur foil balloon. We fill him with helium to make him float, then we add some sparkly ribbon and attach him to a balloon weight. I mean we don't want him drifting away when the big balloon box is opened. Then, we add in another 18 inch happy birthday foil balloon, so this is a super birthday balloon gift.
